1 – ABOUT THE IDENTITY OF THE DATA SPEAKER
Microfiber Textile Industry. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’), in the capacity of Data Controller, for the purpose of processing personal and sensitive personal data shared by the Customer (Product Buyer), Customer Employees/Officers in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). We hereby declare that it will be processed and transferred in a connected, limited and measured manner with this illumination text.

2- PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
According to Article 5 of the Law, as a rule, personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the person concerned. However, in the presence of one of the following conditions, it is possible to process personal data without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject:

Your personal data may be processed by our Company for the following purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions in accordance with the basic principles set forth in the Law:
Follow-up and Execution of Legal Affairs.
Execution of Good / Service Sales Processes
Execution of Finance and Accounting Affairs.
Providing Physical Space Security.
4- TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
The personal data collected by the Company may be transferred to third parties and institutions in accordance with Article 8 of the Law, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law and limited to the purposes specified in this document. These persons and Institutions are the Company’s; suppliers (authorities and employees), consultants, cargo companies, shipping companies, public institutions and organizations authorized to receive legal information from customs, and legally authorized private law / public law legal entities.
5- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHOD and LEGAL REASON Microfiber Tekstil
Your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and stipulated in the laws specified in Article 5 of the Law, the legal obligation of the data controller, the establishment of the contract, the performance of the contract, the express consent if found, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. If you fill in the KVKK Application form and forward it to our Company, our Company will conclude your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is foreseen by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company. In this context, personal data owners;
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
